The Double Doula Package offers expecting parents exceptional personalized care with continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period by providing the expertise of two seasoned birth doulas. With this package, families benefit from the combined knowledge, skill, and compassion of both myself and Holly Arroyo from Still Waters Doula Services. Our partnership ensures that you’ll receive consistent, empathetic care tailored to your needs, including:
- Personalized Care: Two dedicated doulas will work together to ensure 24/7 coverage, so you'll always have someone available to provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy journey.
- Continuous Labor Support: During labor, one doula will be with you at all times, offering hands-on comfort measures, guidance, and encouragement, while the second doula assists behind the scenes or rotates to provide rest and fresh energy.
- Postpartum Assistance: After birth, both doulas will support you with breastfeeding, newborn care, and emotional well-being during the critical postpartum period, ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood.
- Customized Birth Plan: Together, your doulas will help you create a birth plan that aligns with your preferences, empowering you with information to make informed decisions every step of the way.

Birth planning:
Maybe you aren't ready to hire a doula for your birth, but you would like some help preparing for upcoming labor, birth or postpartum period. If so, I'm your girl! I absolutely love helping mamas educate themselves about labor, birth, and postpartum and how to make this time the most peaceful and joyful possible. Included in this package is 3 (1 hour) meeting times over coffee, tea, or just hanging on your couch as we determine what your goals are for your upcoming birth. Have you thought about what type of birth you want? Where you want to labor? What positions may be helpful in progressing your labor? What to do when various interventions are a topic of conversation? Maybe you want help determining how to have an unmedicated birth or how to choose the right provider for you. Then there's postpartum! Have you prepared and thought about how to step into this season? All of this is information and topic for discussion as we help you prepare for this incredibly exciting time!

Postpartum Support:
You did it! You had your sweet blessing and now you have entered into the intimate time of postpartum! Postpartum is such a lovely time, but it can also come with it's challenges and sometimes you need extra help and support. With each of my 4 children, postpartum was where I needed a lot of emotional support as I worked through hormone changes, breastfeeding, newborn sleep, and making sure I was taking care of myself and my family. Whether you just had your first baby or your 5th baby, postpartum is a vulnerable season. I love to step in and help ease the weight during this time by providing meeting times for emotional support where we can just talk through what you're feeling, how things are going and help you design a plan to thrive during this time! Maybe you need help cooking some meals, having your baby be held so you can shower or take a nap. Maybe you just need a friend to sit with you, sip on a latte, and revel in the miracle of your birth you just experienced! Maybe you need someone to pick up groceries, dry cleaning, or a Target order! Each mama and family need different things and if I have learned anything after 4 babies, it's that IT IS OKAY TO ASK FOR HELP. It is brave and necessary! It really does take a village to raise a child and it starts now! Let me step in and help you with your postpartum needs. You're an amazing mama and I'm so excited to serve you during this time! I will work with you to create a personalized plan for postpartum.
