-2 prenatal visits ( 20 wks & 36 wks) where we will meet for 1 -2 hours and get to know each other, discuss your vision for your birth and how we can prepare. We may use this time to discuss the stages of labor, birthing positions, what to expect, how you enjoy being served and supported and we will design a custom plan for you! 

-Text / call support throughout pregnancy ( Once hired, you will have my phone number and may text/call me with any questions, concerns, thoughts, perspective etc regarding your pregnancy, upcoming labor/birth or postpartum.) I am here to serve you and provide resources and tools to empower you! 

-Assistance designing birth goals. I hesitate to call this a "birth plan," because in birth, "plans" can change! I choose to call them birth goals. We will discuss goals surrounding all aspects of labor, birth, newborn care, breastfeeding, postpartum and how to help you achieve your goals for a joyful experience. 

-On call from 37 weeks-42 weeks. I am ready to come serve you in labor! Day or night, no matter the hour, I will be there when you feel it is necessary for me to come support you. This usually falls right around “active labor.” 

-Labor/birth support + 1 hour after delivery. During your birth, I am here to serve and support you however you see fit. Maybe that's helping you labor in different positions, getting a bath started for you, or helping you with breath work during contractions. I am here to serve you and use my expertise to anticipate your needs. 

-Essential oils provided. I use several essential oils and I am happy to bring all of my oils to support you. There are several oils that can be very beneficial during labor/birth that I will provide if desired. 

- IPhone photos of your entire labor / birth & immediate postpartum (as I am able while supporting you) 

-1 postpartum visit (2 wks pp). I will come to you and we will spend 1-2 hours together during this visit. We may spend time reflecting on your birth or you may have lots of questions. We may just visit and laugh and reflect on the incredible experience you just had! I will bring you your favorite coffee during this visit. This visit is to be utilized however you'd like! 

-Breastfeeding Support/Feeding Support. I am not an IBCLC or lactation consultant, but I am able to provide support with latch, and basic nursing difficulties that may arise. I am happy to provide you with necessary tools and resources to get you the expert help that you might need when it comes to breastfeeding.

This playlist will be sent to your phone and you will have access to this to use throughout pregnancy.

Herbal Bath: I will provide ingredients for you to take an herbal bath after birth. If you're birthing in a birth center or at home, this is something you may use shortly after birth with your provider's permission. If at a hospital, this may need to be used once you come home.

Maybe you aren't ready to hire a doula for your birth, but you would like some help preparing for upcoming labor, birth or postpartum period. If so, I'm your girl! I absolutely love helping mamas educate themselves about labor, birth, and postpartum and how to make this time the most peaceful and joyful possible.  Included in this package is 3 (1-2 hour) meeting times over coffee, tea, or just hanging on your couch as we determine what your goals are for your upcoming birth. Have you thought about what type of birth you want? Where you want to labor? What positions may be helpful in progressing your labor? What to do when various interventions are a topic of conversation? Maybe you want help determining how to have an unmedicated birth or how to choose the right provider for you. Then there's postpartum! Have you prepared and thought about how to step into this season? All of this is information and topic for discussion as we help you prepare for this incredibly exciting time! We will prep for labor / birth physically and help determine the best methods of relaxation for you for birth. We will cover breathing techniques, mindset hacks , physical exercises to prepare & how to manage through each stage of labor. We will learn how to cope with contractions, pushing, back labor, and so much more! You will be empowered and educated to tackle your birth peacefully and be prepared for whatever may arise! You will have weekly homework to practice preparing for birth & you will have me as a resource throughout your pregnancy as you prepare. This is the ultimate package deal if you’re wanting to fully prepare for birth but don’t want/need to have a birth doula present at your birth!
